A submitted inquiry DOES NOT mean your order is accepted, we will contact you personally if we are able to accept your order, or you will be notified if we are unable to do so. If we are unable to fill your order it is likely due to short notice, incorrect order, and/or we may be booked already! Please remember STACK'D Cookie Co. is a home based business and meets requirements for sales and safety of our products. All allergens are listed for each cookie on the site (All Flavors page). If your inquiry is accepted, you the customer assumes all responsibility for your health and safety, and health and safety of others.

No refunds will be issued if your order is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled pick up day. Orders over $99 require a 50% deposit.
