Delivery Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for a cookie delivery service may include the following:

1. Ordering and payment: Customers are required to place their orders online and payment will be accepted via our website check out. Delivery will be available to those within our selected radius. Upon checkout, enter in your desired delivery location under "shipping address" to see if you qualify. 

2. Delivery time: We offer delivery on Friday’s ONLY in the mornings between 10am and 12pm. Delivery times may vary based on the customer's location and availability of the service.

3. Delivery fees: We charge a $3.99 delivery fee unless your order exceeds $50. Then delivery is free. 

4. Freshness guarantee: We offer a freshness guarantee where our cookies are delivered fresh and delicious ALWAYS. 

5. Cancellation and returns: You may be allowed to cancel or modify your orders before the delivery is made, but may be subject to certain fees or restrictions. Returns may not be accepted. 

6. Allergens: We inform you that all of our cookies contain allergens including wheat, gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, and some may contain nuts and coconut. We have all allergens listed for each cookie on our website. 

7. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the delivery of the cookies, including damage to the product during transit.

8. Communications and delivery instructions: We will communicate with you via text to inform you of expected delivery time. If you do not respond to our text message regarding your delivery, it will assume automatic pick up and you will be required to pick up at our current pick up location. You will have the option to either meet us at the front of your desired location or we can bring them in to you, but be forewarned, we will not be hunting you down.
